Programa Familia expects to increase the farmer’s technique-productive capacity from the recovery of soil fertility and the use of appropriate technology for the increase of production and improvement of the quality of coffee.

To develop management capacities that allow the farmers to perform on a dynamic of a better condition market, in a way that personnel will be able to carry out the processes of constant economic growth and development.

To promote offers that enable the boost of enterprising soul of rural population to prepare their own destiny leaving welfare focused projects aside which create  the vicious circle of poverty.
